Our shipments go out with New Zealand Post on a daily basis.

 

A courier calls once per day to make pick ups. This is usually around 11am.

Once your delivery has been collected it can be tracked on the NZ Post website https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking

A tracking ID will be emailed to you when your order is boxed up and ready to go however the link only becomes active when the courier scans the ticket as she collects the box.

You can expect delivery times for the North Island of 2-3 days, South Island 3-4 days and if you are rural add an extra day. Days = Normal working days.

Things to be aware of:

1. Information on the NZ Post website is only updated when a parcel arrives at a location not when it leaves. Do not be concerned if your parcel shows as staying in the same location for an extended period of time especially if you are in the South Island. It will be enroute.
